eSIM activation

Hi

 

ive used the option within the ee app to replace my esim. Everything works until I see a screen requesting the PIN to activate the esim. Nothing arrives, I tap the resent after 10mins and still no pin received.I have connection to wifi.

Is yours a physical SIM or an eSIM? Is it a new connection or a replacement?
