eSIM No Signal

I activated my eSIM from the EE app yesterday on my new iPhone 15 plus. All worked and it said the mobile data plan was accepted. The eSIM says 'on'. However, still no signal? EE have been no help at all on live chat. I've restarted the phone, toggled airplane mode on/off. I've done everything I can think of and still nothing. I need my phone desperately for work!!  Please help

If you still have a physical SIM, is that working? Did you have a good phone signal before registering the eSIM?

Have you recently moved from a physical sim to an E-SIM?

If yes, does your physical SIM still have signal?
