different handet old sim

I recently broke my iPhone 11 and have since been borrowed a Huawei to use. when I inserted the sim, across the top of the screen it displays, emergency calls only. When  I attempt to call 150 it flashes up , mobile network not available. Can anybody help please?

Have you enquired whether the Huawei locked to another network? EE SIMs will only work in unlocked phones or those locked to EE.
