I need past code to transfer mobile number from EE to another provider. I call they say me we send you message but I no have.

can't receive calls or texts on GiffGaff > will porting to EE sort things out?

I have just amended my contract to SIM only and the person I soke to said I would have an ESIM and should use my QR code to install it. How do I access he QR code however?

Hi, I moved to EE about a week ago - I kept my old number from my old provider. The number transferred over a week ago however I am not receiving the OTP from my bank. I have spoken to EE but what they done didn't work, can you advise what I do next?
