I mistakenly requested a new sim with ee with the same number. Unfortunately it's impossible to get in touch with them to cancel it now, how can i do to cancel my request before they disable my current sim?

Out of interest, how did you mistakenly order a replacement SIM?
Only CS have access to your individual account, you can contact them on 150, or 0800 0798586 from any other phone.
