I bought a Sim only 2 days ago and used my pac code from another provider in the order, i realised to late im going to be away on holiday for the next 10 days and cant change the delivery address it seems. I'm just wondering if my current number which i used as the pac code on the new sim, will stay active while im away ? Hoping the pac code on the order wont go active until i receive the sim and put it in my phone?
Any info is appreciated!
Thanks

Your new SIM will come with a temporary number. When you first connect that new phone/SIM to EE's network, your PAC will be submitted and number ported-in within 2 working days - depending when you do so.
The PAC will not be submitted until you do this, and thus your number remain live with your current provider.

That’s a great process because I’m also on the same boat and waiting for SIM to be delivered 😊👍
