- Received PAC code on Saturday, contract changed from o2 to EE on the following Tuesday afternoon. I followed instructions by texting PORT to 150 and followed the instructions. Last message I had was “there’s been a problem, we will contact you in 24hrs” it’s been 44hrs and I’ve heard nothing. Please tell me my number isn’t lost…… HELP!!

If you've already provided your PAC to EE, then this problem looks specific to you - I recommend contacting EE CS on 150, they have access to your individual account and can advise further.

I have rang 150. There is no option to press (from the many there are) for number issues. I have tried technical support but ended up being cut off on purpose. I have been with EE for 3 days and already struggling.

Hi @Sutty2006,
I'm sorry to hear your call was disconnected. Please give our support team another call on 150 so a member of the team can check the status of your number transfer.
Thanks
James
