Where is my SIM card?

I contacted you to get SIM card few days ago but it's not arrived yet

Hi there @HamidSiavash55 

Welcome to the community. 

SIM Orders can take 2-5 working days to arrive by Royal Mail as @Chris_B has advised. The SIM will be posted and won't need a signature from you.

If you have not received the SIM after this, please give us a call on 0800 956 6000, and the team will get the order looked into.

@HamidSiavash55  Sims are sent out 2nd class Royal Mail 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
