  • What an absolute nightmare!  Been trying to get to CS for over a week constant waiting sometimes over half hour to simply be disconnected!!!!! Are your staff deliberately dropping calls? I have 0 service after a port I am beyond frustrated.. absolutely ridiculous WERE ARE YOUR STAFF????!

Welcome to the community,

Not sure why you are having difficulty getting through to customer service, I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes for someone to answer, but if they are very busy answering calls, then that could be why. 

Have you tried ringing them first thing in the morning?

Staff could be off sick, on holiday or answering other calls.

Have you restarted your phone since the port completed?
