Welcome to the community,
Not sure why you are having difficulty getting through to customer service, I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes for someone to answer, but if they are very busy answering calls, then that could be why.
Have you tried ringing them first thing in the morning?
Staff could be off sick, on holiday or answering other calls.
Anything we can help you with?
