I've just added a second line to my account for work.  I've got an IPhone 13 mini. New sim has arrived, no instructions on how to set it up.  Put the new sim in and it appears to be working but no QR code came with it and so am not getting any prompts, etc on how to activate Dual Sim on my phone - please help!  Online Chat doesn't seem to be working....

You do it via the EE app - Mobile Plan -> Settings -> Replace my SIM/eSIM -> eSIM download

A physical SIM doesn't require a QR Code. That's for eSIMs.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Ok, but how do I switch between them?

To obtain an eSIM you call call EE and request they sent you a paper version in the mail or you can go to the account area and request  new/swap my sim and choose the sim option. EE charge a fee for both the above can't recall what it is around £2.50 mail download was 50p (double check) Or you could call into a store with ID and they can do the eSIm there and then

I would use a browser on another unit rather than the app - Ive tired the app download  and it messed up every everytime so I then had to call into a store.
