to anyone EE has refused, they did you a solid really, i have trebled my data, new phone, fixed price contract, and still £10 cheaper A MONTH, all i have to do i try and figure out how to get EE to give me my PAC tried the recomended number EE says i cant do that i need to use my ee but there is nothing on my EE to allow Pac request

@Scott3061   What network is that fixed price with ?  There’s only 2 networks that do that if I remember correctly and both are MVNO  networks and I’m pretty sure their standard tariff term is 36 months.

@Scott3061 : Text PAC to 65075. It will respond with your PAC & how much you will have to pay if you are still within your min term. Give the PAC to new provider. This will have the effect of cancelling your EE contract but you may be liable to pay early termination fees. Best to do this in last few days of your contract term so you have little or no overlap.
