Was told my contract would end when switching supplier - this didn't happen

A few months ago I switched mobile provider from EE, whilst not stuck in a contract with them. I was told they would stop taking payments. They have now been taking payments for last three months.

Obviously the SIM and data plan has not been used at all in this time, is there anything I can do?

@codonn185 : Did you use a PAC from EE & give it to your new supplier? That's the way to cancel your EE contract when moving.

Yeah I provided the PAC number. Do you happen to know if there's anywhere I can find that PAC number again?

Has the phone number transferred to your new network's SIM card, @codonn185? How long ago did you request the PAC? They're only valid for 30 days.
