I want to port my we number to sky and cancel my contract with EE. I am a disabled person and can no longer afford this contract

Welcome to the community, I'm sorry to hear that you're thinking of leaving.
You'll need a PAC code to transfer to another network. You can get one by either speaking to our Mobile Care team on 150 or by requesting one through your My EE account (go to Menu > Account Settings > Leave EE).
If you have time remaining on a contract, there may be a charge to do this.

As you want to keep your number, text PAC to 65075. It will respond with your PAC & how much you will have to pay in Early Termination Fees if you are still within your min term. Give the PAC to new provider. This will have the effect of cancelling your EE contract but you may be liable to pay early termination fees.
