I have been trying to find why I was getting charged as a business account as as I have gone through my bills it says business ,but when I ring them they say it is a business account ,and when I say it is not they change and say it is personal i have it on tape them saying when they first answer it is a businesses account

i have rang them and they say that it is not but why does it say on my bill from Onecom business

and they tell me I am wrong,  I have sent them the bill from. 2022  and it say bus in the account box so why ?

@Jginger-7big , we actually would not have the solution here, but you say you have sent them the bill from 2022 which says bus in the account box, which to me means business abbreviated. Did you not query it? It also is a business company, not personal company.

You will have to take it up with the Onecom company, not Vodafone, as they are two different companies, just like BT and EE.

At the time of the charges I was having problems with my depression and living at the time I didn’t want to live ,I was in a wheelchair for the rest of my life which is very hard and I still have problems, I am trying to cope,

it looks like Vodafone only sells you the equipment and they send the bill to Onecom

No, Voda is a full-blown mobile network that they sell, provide & bill for it themselves.

I didn’t join Onecom I was with Vodafone for years and then told that your dill is now with Onecom,

Who told you & how? Did you receive an unsolicited phone call purporting to be from Voda? Sounds like you have been mis-sold, mis-represented, scammed or conned.

Hi I have been trying to get some  answers from Onecom, there operator seam to work from a script,I have tried to get them to work something out but they won’t,I have told them that my bills are for a business as I am paying £59:02 for my phone and £59:02  for my iPad

I told them that I have been with Vodafone for 20 or more years,  this doesn’t mean a thing ,also can you give the bills for 2023 and 2024 no only 2025.

I have kept my bills from Vodafone from 2021  I have copied some but Vodafone now say they do not recognize my phone numbers my Email address,so why are they doing this?

this is making me feel poorly and the lack of sleep is not helping my depression,

I have been with Vodafone for more than 20 years and now I can’t look at my Vodafone bills now they say they do not recognize my Email address and also my phone number,I have tried so many times to get my bills they put me through to Onecom ,

onecom are not bothered how long you have been with Vodafone, it is just them and they seam to be reading from a script, they all come out with the same they are not bothered about my age 78   They are not bothered that I am in wheelchair and still have a lot of medical issues ,all they want is £59:02 months for my phone and. £59:02 for my iPad,

if I want to cancel it is £2000:00 ,   This is not helping my depression at all  lost what to do ,

I have been with Vodafone for 20y years they gave my billing to one com 4or 5 years ago ,One com seam to work off a script which they all have they will not change their want £2000:00

or I pay them £59:02 for my phone and £59:02 for my iPad each month

as I have had a accident and now in a wheelchair and still have medical issues which I have had for 8 years now,I am still waiting to get a appointment for the spinal injury until been on two lists now ,

now I have to got back to a reasement so I am back at the beginning again, this is depressing me ,can’t think straight and this is not helping me

@Jginger-7big , you have copied your text three times, no need, just once and if you need to edit it just click on the tick icon at the right of the thread and click edit.

I think your problem should be directed at either Vodafone or Onecom, not EE, we cannot do anything about your bill here, as it is a Onecom issue, sorry, but we have nothing to do with them. I am sorry if you have medical issues, but it is not an EE issue, but Onecom, who you have to deal with, and before you signed up to them, you should have taken a look, as it does say on their website that it is a business company for business accounts.

Can anyone tell what is a consumer contract is please?

A consumer contract is one entered into by a consumer. In the mobile arena, operators will typically distinguish between personal & business customers - often on the basis that business ones are credit-checked using their limited company number rather than an individual person's name and credit record.

Thus if OneCom claim you have a business or company account, it would be worth enquiring further as to the details they hold. I suspect something won't add up somewhere.

The figures you've been quoted by OneCom broadly correlate with there being 17months remaining of a minimum-contractual term - (2 x £59) x 17 = £2006

I concur with an earlier post suggesting you've been the victim of some mis-selling (or much worse) at some past stage, and are now discovering the cost of it.
