I have come to the end of my current EE contract which is £32 and want to change to an exclusive online offer which will make my monthly payments significantly cheaper. However, I have added the product through the upgrade route to my basket and it is saying "physical sim" - that to me makes me think I will be sent a new sim? This seems really antiquated as I am simply changing contracts. I have tried speaking to EE on the phone but they cannot see this offer as its an online exclusive.

Thanks Leanne. Also I have a 4g Iphone 11 , so maybe that's why a new sim will come out but hopefully I can just keep the same sim in the phone as my phone isnt 5g.

You will get an email to let you know the SIM card has been dispatched, if this is being sent out to you.
They can take 2-5 working days to arrive 🙂

I havent had any email to say a sim card is being dispatched so dont think one is being sent.
