Upgraded contract esim

hi

I’m currently using an esim and have just upgraded my contract. Will I have to use another esim or will the current one continue to work with the new contract (it’s the same mobile number)

Welcome to the community,

If you are using the same phone, then you will not need another esim, as you will have just upgraded your contract, it works the same as with a physical SIM card. 

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
