I purchased the iPhone 14 pro max through the apple store & also wanted to upgrade my EE sim plan once the phone arrived. I was due an upgrade for over a year so didn't think it'd be an issue.
The phone arrived & I set it up as normal copying everything from the old phone to the new one. The only difference was I changed my sim card to an esim.
I then visited the my EE app to upgrade, however it now says i can not upgrade. I only want upgrade my sim/esim plan & not the phone itself so am not sure why I'm not able to upgrade the plan.
Any help would be massively appropriated.

Can you text UP to 150, does this show you are eligible to upgrade?
