Hello, how can I unlock my SIM card? Thank you.

@spasova , do you mean you have put your pin in three times and it did not work and now you need the PUK code? If so, you can log into your account and find it there.

• Unlock your phone & use it on other networks (PAC)? OR
• Unblock your SIM after trying too many incorrect PINs (PUK)?

Like @Schockwave mentioned, if you've locked your SIM and require a PUK code, you can find this through the EE app or website.
