Hello! I have EE broadband and one SIM so I’m in the EE ONE. I would like to add another SIM but am unable to purchase one so far. The in-store guide who helped us get the first SIM said it happens sometimes and there’s nothing they can do. He said it could take a month or more and couldn’t say past that when I might be able to purchase another SIM. He said just keep checking to try if it lets me. Anyone else have this problem? How long did it take for you to be able to purchase additional SIMs? Is there any way to sort this out besides checking everyday and waiting ?

It maybe related to your credit status or eligibility. There is no account access on these forums and you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 for more information.

@Northerner Thank you for the response. I will try calling them. I think you are probably right about it being related to credit check. I just recently in January moved to the UK for work so I don’t have much of a UK history.
