To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I'm sorry to hear that your sim card isn't working, I can imagine it must be very stressful for you.

Is your phone showing any signal at the moment?

I'd recommend removing, then reinserting your sim card to see if that solves the issue.
