Unable to get a PAC code

Hi, I am trying to get a PAC code. 

Been trying for over 2 weeks now.

When I try online I get  "This service isn’t working right now. We’re working hard to get it up and running. Try again later, visit our website or get in touch if it’s urgent"

When I try via Text I get "Hi from EE. Sorry , due to your account status for 07*********** we are not able to process your request. Please log into ee.co.uk/myee or call 150 to request your switching information, PAC or STAC. Find out more at

 
When I try and do it by a phone call, I am told it will be 45 mins and the options are to hang on or try later.
 
Does anyone have any ideas, or is there any possible way to talk / online chat with EE (I have tried Messenger and Twitter already"

Live chat is only for customers on contract, not pay as you go. If on contract and have the latest EE App, scroll down to help click on it and you will find the message us.

You can always ring customer service and press option 2 and you should get through to one of the guides.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I fail.to understand why you can't put the phone on speaker & do other things while waiting on a call. Yet again another untrue subject line when you can get one if you waited
