I have received the email for the eSim I purchased but when I try to add the eSim using the QR or manually, my phone says 'eSim Cannot Be Added - This code is no longer valid. Contact your network provider for more information'. I have an iPhone 15. Please help as I am in India and travelling to the UK tomorrow.

@ManaliB You’ll probably find you need to do this within the UK, in order to use a sim outside the uk it needs to be used within the UK first as it can not connect to a roaming network until activated within the UK.

I am in the UK now and seeing the same error when trying to add the esim!

There should be a link to support if you are having trouble with your eSIM on the EE page when trying to download.
I believe it should be when logging in here, as long as this is where you purchased your SIM: https://ee.co.uk/mobile/travel-esim-uk
