Hello
I have today been trying to download an esim to my pixel 9 however it keeps failing to download and I keep getting the following error in the EE App
i am trying to swap over me my old phone which has an esim to my new one and this keeps coming up.
I have also tried to manually download the SIM but typing on the codes but these also fail.
Any suggestions or help would really be appreciated

Is the eSIM on your previous phone still working at the moment?
Also is it WiFi, mobile data, or both you've tried downloading the new eSIM over?

Thankyou for taking time to reply to my message.
The esim is still working on my previous phone currently.
I have tried already downloading the esim over WiFi and also Mobile data (Vis hotspot on my previous phone).

This has been an issue for years now and they still have no clue what's wrong. Do a quick Google search and you find so many people complaining. I have the same issue on my Pixel 9 pro XL, called up EE and they tell me it's been an issue only for a month lol
The only option is for my to go into a store which is inconvenient for me and the 2nd option is to charge me to send a QR code because they can't sort out their issues.
I'd rather switch networks at this point

Or use a physical SIM - these can be swapped between phones in a couple of minutes.

I am using a physical sim but that stops me from using a second roaming sim card on my phone..
