I switched to ee over a week ago and was advised to get an e-sim as it would be quicker. My old account with another provider has now ended so I can't call or text. On the app it said my devise would not be able to do e sim so I ordered a physical sim but need phone line to activate it or call them. I really need my phone working can I do it any other way?

Hi @Proby
As @bristolian mentioned, you can call Customer Service where a guide will be able to send a pre-activated SIM in the post.
Alternatively, you can pop into your local EE store with photo ID where they can issue you a replacement active SIM straight away.

Did you get a new number with EE, or port a number in? I only ask because you mention "switched" to EE which implies a port-in using a PAC, and if so, your old provider would only have terminated your line once the PAC was used on EE. That in turn, would only happen once you had an EE SIM working.
You should be able to call 150 from a pre-activated EE SIM, but if not, use another working phone to dial 07953 966150
