Hi all. Would appreciate any advice on this. I have a physical SIM in my current (Android) mobile. I've bought a new iPhone and so downloaded an eSIM. When I tried activating it, it seemed to get stuck. It realises it's an EE sim, says 'activating' and 'connecting to network', then gets no further. The first time I tried it, after a while it eventually said 'Unable to activate eSIM. Contact EE for assistance.'
I've tried downloading another QR code and am going through this again but expecting it's going to give me the same error before long.
Any tips? Thank you!

Are you trying to keep your physical SIM active in your Android phone and activate an eSIM for the same number in your iPhone?
If yes, this won't be possible you can only have one active SIM for your number.

Thank you. I'd like the number to transfer over. I don't need the physical SIM to remain active. How do I go about that?

Have you tried placing your SIM into the iPhone then trying to set up eSIM?
