@hananalmardiny A PUK code is to unlock the sim when the wrong sim PIN code has been entered wrong to many times. It doesn’t unlock a device. You can get the PUK code via your online EE account for the sim.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
