Transferring phone number to new sim

  • I’m currently waiting for my sim to arrive and selected the option to transfer my Sky mobile number, has this process started already or will it wait until the SIM card has arrived as I require my phone and cannot lose access due to the number transferring before I have my SIM card

@SI85  It will not start until the EE sim is activated and then it’ll take up to 24 hours to migrate your number.  The EE sim will have a temporary  number on it as you can’t have a working sim without a number.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Your no. will be ported within 1 working day of when you activate your EE SIM on the EE network.
