I want to transfer my old plusnet number to EE. I got my PAC code from plusnet,  but when I fill in the form to transfer the number it won’t accept it. I have checked it, but it just doesn’t like it, and I can’t speak to anyone ( can’t get thru on phone).

Hi @AnnGreen,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Please contact your previous provider to confirm that your PAC code is correct and still valid.

Thanks

James

Update..

I EVENTUALLY  got thru on phone to E E who said the transfer was currently underway, and should be completed by midnight the following day…we will see. If that is right, why didn’t the online form say so, instead of making it look like the pac code was wrong?

Had to wait ages to get thru- ridiculous you can’t email, or “live chat”. Not impressed so far.

dreading having to try and speak to EE again for any reason. I also tried to ring my local EE shop, that rang and rang, no answer, and it eventually went thru to the same call centre, no answer.

For a communication company they are really really bad.
