Can you please activate my new sim, ive lost my Phone and unable to contact Ee , the serial number is XXXXXXXXXXXXXX Thank you and ive been struggling for the past two weeks due to this issue, you have not made it easy for me as this sim should of already been activated,

My phone was stolen with my old sim card in it, I've had a new sim card sent to me but it's not activated, ive not got a phone to call Ee and ge dt it activated, ive message d you previously but not got a response, my phone number iś xxxxxxxxxxxxx, please get this sorted for me.

Welcome to the community.
Have you tried putting the SIM straight into the device? If it still isn't working, you'll need to speak to our Mobile Care team to get it registered.
