Anyone know why my PAC code is working. I contacted O2 and received a Pac code 5 days ago so it is still valid however doesn't work

A PAC is made up of 3 letters and 6 digits., eg. ABC123456 
You can submit your PAC code on our Transfer my number to EE? page

What error are you getting when trying to submit your PAC code?
