Transferring my old number to ee

Hi guy, I recently received my sim after purchasing the £20 pack from the ee website.whilst purchasing my sim I put in the number I wanted to keep and my pac code from that number which was a giffgaff sim.I received my sim and put it in my phone 3 days ago ( on the 28th Wednesday).I put the sim in before 5 30pm around 3pm and I received a email by ee saying that my number would transfer within 24 hours.I really need my number to transfer asap as I have a lot of texts and calls I need to make on it.

Please give us a call on 150 or 0800 079 8586 and the team can check the transfer for you and let you know when this will be completed for you.

It has been too long and my number still hasn’t transferred over.I have called 150 and ask for help but ee is always busy.I need my old number to transfer quickly as I need it asap.please see the pictures.

@Adnan7861   It’s Christmas/New years.  You number at best will start to be ported by Wednesday.   Number ports do not happen over the weekend/bank holidays. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

When did you receive and activate your new EE SIM?

Got the sim on 28th I think but it was on Thursday and I put it in my phone the same day before 5:30pm

If the SIM was activated on Thursday 29th, the PAC should have been submitted that day and number posted on Friday 30th.

CS on 150 - with access to your individual account - are best placed to advise further.
