I have 2 phones on the contract transferred from BT to EE. One phone has been transferred but the other has not yet. Also you show that for the two phones £19 has been taken by DD. However, the contract was agreed for £18 ie 2 at £9.00.

@Carpy19 :

  1. Porting could take up to 2 working days.
  2. You will be paying for the few days from when you got the SIMs until when your 1st bill was posted.

Hi @Lynne48,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Are you transferring your number from another network?

Have you restarted your EE phone since your old phone stopped working?

James
