I requested to have my old number transfer to EE. The phone came and the old number of SMARTY was working but now the transfer is taking more than 2 days. I tried to manually select EE but my Z4 rejected that.

Yes and I also sent the code that helps to transfer the line from smarty to EE. But now it looks like it has been done but the line isn't work as I can no longer dial out.

@Baba2022 you got a phone from EE and you’ve put your new EE SIM card in that new device, Is that correct ?

Is your old network SIM still working?
Have you put your new EE SIM in your phone to make sure it's activated?
