Port-ins are done on working days, which can sometimes mean a longer than 24hour wait.

If your PAC was supplied during the sales process, your SIM would be supplied with a temporary number initially. When you first activate your new SIM, your PAC will be submitted on that day - providing it's before approx 4pm. Your port-in should then be set for the following working day.

If you activate your SIM on a weekend, the PAC will be submitted the following Monday (or Tuesday if a Bank Holiday) and port-in a working day after that.

@Nicolax26  It takes up to 24 hours to migrate a number from one network to another.  It’s always worth keeping the PAC as you never know.  But it should migrate across automatically once your EE sim is activated it will then be up to  24 hours before your number is migrated across.

You can always ask o2 for a new pac code if needs be.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
