Transfer Esim from IPhone

I have just moved from IPhone 15 pro max to 17 pro max . My eSIM couldn’t be transfered . It’s still on my old phone . How do I reconcile this .

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
