Can. I order a  new sim  but keep my present plan

Welcome to the EE Community!

If you just need a new SIM but need it activated with your existing EE number and plan, the quickest way to do this would be to visit one of our retail stores.

They can do an on the day replacement free of charge, you would just need to provide a valid passport or UK driving licence photocard.

Alternatively we can send you a replacement via post, and there are two options you could look at here. 

If you still have your current SIM and this is working, you can order a replacement online, then activate this at your end once it arrives. It's essential that your current SIM still works for this though, as we need to verify you via a one time PIN.

The alternative when this isn't possible is to give our team a call and order a pre-activated replacement; this will have the same number and plan details, but will automatically cut off the existing SIM, and can only be sent to the address registered on your account.
