I am abroad and my EE SIM card is damaged. Can I request eSIM while I am abroad? If not can I request Norma SIM card to be posted to my address? as I cannot get in touch with EE customer service.
thanks

There are complications with activating any replacement SIM whilst abroad - it "might" work, but comes with no guarantees. You should expect to be offline until you return to the UK

You can certainly request a replacement SIM is posted to your billing address by calling CS, or obtain one with photographic ID at an EE retail store.

can I order sim replacement via email to be posted to my address while I’m still abroad?

 Thanks
