Hello, I just got a new EE sim, I want to switch from Smarty to EE and maintain my current Smarty Number but I’m having issues and EE is not accepting the PAC number I submitted what can I do?

How have you been trying to submit your PAC so far? You've not said.
Try texting PORT to 150 from the SIM you want to port into.
