No eSIM QR code, no contact from EE

I have signed up for a second eSIM 5 days ago via the EE App to set up a work phone. Only after signing up I was told I had to call the guides in order to process the order (the guide was excellent, by the way).

After this I was told to wait up to 48hrs for a SMS on my main number and email for the QR code. I have received nothing! The new eSIM contract shows up on the App on my personal mobile and on the website (which crashes every 2 seconds), but I cannot access information to set it up on the work phone. This is a useful as a chocolate teapot.

I cannot use the App on the work phone because EE sends a PIN via SMS for verification, and without being able to use the line I cannot receive an SMS on it.

How do I set up the work phone? Where is the QR code?

And, by the way, why am I already being charged already for this new eSIM contract when I cannot use the line?

I have been with EE for one thing or another since you were One2One; remember them? This is ridiculous.
