Switching from EE contract SIM to EE pay monthly - new SIM has no service

I recently moved 3 iphones from a business account to  personal EE

Initally 1 phone was moved to an EE 24 contract, number ported across

A few days later I then got a deal on BB and 3 pay monthly SIMs

2 other phones, number ported accross on working in EE

the first phone show correctly ported number in EE account, but doesn't show device and gives an error for usage stats - and shows connected to EE on the phone but without service?

The devices were all purchased direcly from Apple and were in use with the previous supplier.

2 devices have moved successfully, the 3rd was okay until moving between EE sims

I'd recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can check the number port completed correctly.
