Swiching from 02 to ee and keeping number

Switched from 02 to ee supposed to be today put sim in s24 just says no sim 02 now stopped as well no way of continuing ee

Did you get the S24 from EE as part of your new plan, or was it one you already had?

Are you able to try the EE SIM in another phone to see if the same error message comes up?
