@Slysi123 , have you reported that your phone and SIM card have been stolen? If not do this and you can then request a replacement SIM card, you will then get to keep your number.

Thanks for coming here.
To report the SIM as lost, you would need to call us on +44 7953966250, and select the option for lost and stolen.
Our Mobile Care team will block the phone and SIM card for you and send you a replacement SIM card with the same number.
