Stolen phone

My phone got stolen in Colombia, I bought a new phone and I need eSIM as my SIM card is not working

@Mambojerry  Did you activate roaming on your account because you left the UK ?   If you did is that device unlocked to use any network SIM card ?  If your sim doesn’t work and roaming was enabled then having a eSIM will not make it work.  You also cannot  activate an eSIM while outside the UK especially if roaming isn’t enabled on your account.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I am sorry to hear your phone has been stolen in Colombia. 

Are you still currently abroad?

If yes, is the phone you are putting your EE SIM into unlocked?
