Still waiting for my PAC code

I requested a PAC code on Saturday as we are switching providers but have still not received it. Called on Monday and they said to wait 24 hrs still nothing.

Hi @Ctitheradge 

You can text PAC to 65075 to receive your PAC code, as long as you only have 1 number on your EE account. 
You'll receive a text message with your code and other related information. 

If you have multiple lines on your bill, you'll need to call Customer Service in 150 from your handset, where a guide in the Disconnections Team can issue you your PAC code immediately.

I have more than one number on the account and I had called the customer service line on Saturday and Mondayand they said they had requested it but it had not been sent.

The PAC code will be sent via SMS to the number which you are looking to port out. 

Is it the number you are using, or a different number on the account that you are requesting the PAC code for?

Can your partner checked if they have received the PAC code on their phone?

I have just checked and She has still not received it. This is getting very frustrating. Please can we get this sent over asap

We don't have access to account here at the Community Forum @Ctitheradge 

Please give Customer Service another call on 150 from your partners phone, so the guide will be able to check and reissue a new PAC code.
