I ordered a SIM card last week contract on my account as a extra line, I still haven’t received it? I’ve tried to track order and it says that it’s unavailable and can’t do it.
it was supposed to be for my daughter birthday tomorrow. Any ideas? I got a piece of paper in the post while I was away, husband says was nothing it in. Just said delivery note with the detail of the sim on

What phone does your daughter have? if it is eSIM compatible, you don't have to wait for a physical SIM to arrive

I’ve just bought her a new one, her first phone from ao.com it’s a iPhone 12 mini

Hi @Joanneh10
It's likely you won't receive it until the postal strike ends and the backlog is cleared.
Thanks

Hi @Joanneh10
Thanks for coming here.
SIM cards are sent by post and delivered by Royal Mail, this should arrive within 2-5 working days. No signature is required so you would be unable to track the SIM.

Great, that supports an eSIM - if you have the phone, sign in to your EE app and download an eSIM to the phone. this will get her up and running straight away and you won't need to wait for a physical sim
