Help please, i've just ported my number from Virgin media to EE - i'm not receiving OTP's from Santander, i've spoken to them and to the EE helpdesk who said i should be good to go but its still not coming through!
There was a 30 min wait on the ee helpdesk so not hugely keen to ring again, any help appreciated.

When did your number transfer complete? If you still aren't able to receive your OTP 24-48 hours after the switch, please contact your bank to report the issue.
