New Sim only

Hello, 

I have come to the end of my contract and I would like to move to a Sim only plan. How do I ensure my friends and family discount is applied to this? Thanks. Tamara.

Hello @TAMARAS ,

I would suggest you ring customer service and discuss this with them, you may also get a better sim only plan by doing so, rather than doing it online.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Just to add, if you change to SIM Only through your My EE account at checkout the friends and family discount will show for you if this is eligible with the plan 🙂
