Hi @Neeta01

Just to confirm and make sure I am understanding correctly, do you have a number that you want to transfer from another network not EE to an EE SIM card?

If so, you would need a PAC from the other network not a STAC.

If you have 2 numbers on EE contract we cannot transfer one number from EE to EE.

Thanks

If I got a ee number from my last job before but don't use that number anymore nd I want that number on my new ee sim. How do I do that?

If the number from your last job is on EE contract, you would not be able to transfer that onto your new EE contract sim unfortunately.

Is there not any other way I could use that number on my new contract?

@Neeta01 The account holder for the number you want to keep would need to call up and request the contract be cancelled and the number moved to EE pay as you go, if the number is currently in contract there would be a cancellation fee to pay.

The move takes 30 days, once it is on EE pay as you go it is then possible to transfer it from pay as you go to your new EE contract. But it is not possible to directly transfer one EE pay monthly number on top of another EE pay monthly number.

Hi, yeah that's fine. Sorry I understand now.

So, currently the number that I want to put on my new sim is not on any contract and it is already on pay as you go. so would it work then if I called up to change that number on my new sim.

@Neeta01 As long as you are the account holder of the number you are transferring and the number you are replacing then yes you can give us a call on 150 and one of our guides can help transfer the number for you.

Alex

Okay that's fine thank you so much
