I have no cap and my bill get high that’s fine with me but they restrict my account I can’t contact them cause I don’t have any phone

If you have a call restriction applied, any outbound call attempt should be redirected to 150.
Otherwise you can contact EE CS on 0800 0798586 from any working phone.
