Hi!
I order a sim on the 20th of November and I used my old number for them to contact me, but I didn’t realize that it was also the same day that my sim would expire, now I don’t have a working number for them to contact me, and now I also still haven’t received my order when they said that it would arrive 2-5 days, what should I do?
Please help.

like I said, I don’t have an active mobile number to contact EE, and I’ve been looking for ways to contact you in regards to my order, I didn’t even receive an email if it was dispatched or about its reference number.
